Contract to Hire Placement:

We offer our clients all of the advantages of staff augmentation with the option to select and hire our employee for your team on the permanent basis.  During the search process for any staff augmentation engagement, our staffing managers will take time to understand your needs, management style, and company culture in order to find an ideal candidate that will fit on a contract basis but make you comfortable in hiring on the permanent basis.

Direct Hire/Contingency Search:

Specializing in senior level accounting, finance, tax and audit positions, we also operate as a contained search firm.  We will treat your search with the highest priority and make sure the entire team is focused specifically on fulfilling your search needs.  We will develop a targeted recruiting plan based on the specific needs of the client.  We take proven methodologies and strategically adapt them to your needs.  The end result is a quicker search process and undivided attention and service throughout the process.

What is the “100-10-4-1” Method?

We recognize the cost to find, train and retain the best employees.  Our search group will locate, evaluate, and deliver candidates to hiring managers for review.  Our search methodology includes;  
1) Speaking with 100 candidates that fit the hiring manager’s job requirements.
2) Meet the top 10 candidates from the telephone evaluations in a ‘face to face’ evaluation with a Recruiting Consultant.  
3) Our Recruiting Consultant will present the “Top 4” candidates, WFS has identified as potential company employees. 
4) The hiring manager interviews 4 candidates and makes the decision to move forward on the selection of 1!
